Thank you for shopping with MainStreetPetCo.com. We work hard to get your pet’s essentials to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During busy periods, sales events, holidays, or unexpected demand, processing times may take a little longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order size, weight, and selected shipping method.
Any available free-shipping offers, minimum order requirements, or promotional shipping rates will be shown clearly on our website or during checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
Standard shipping orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier service.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.
Shipping Locations
MainStreet Pet Co. currently ships within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping unless stated otherwise on our website.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
MainStreet Pet Co. is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information provided at checkout.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but changes cannot always be guaranteed.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging where possible.
If your tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will help investigate.
Delayed Shipments
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed because of carrier issues, severe weather, supply disruptions, holidays, or other events outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to assist with tracking and delivery concerns.
