Return Policy

At MainStreetPetCo.com, we want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase.

Returns

You may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened pet food, treats, supplements, or medicines
  • Used grooming products
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, faulty, or sent in error.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size, colour, or a replacement item, subject to availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
